Known issues and limitations#

• The battery level indicator is not very accurate.

No connectivity#

In the top left corner of the display there is a connectivity indicator:

• Red: No WiFi connection
• Orange: WiFi connected but server not connected
• Green: Server connected, good to go!

Device is unresponsive#

Power cycle using the button on the left:

• Double press: power off
• Single press: power on

Device is broken#

Come to us and we’ll replace it. No worries, you will not lose your points - we can provision the new device with your previous ID.
