# Troubleshooting

#### Known issues and limitations

- The battery level indicator is not very accurate.


#### No connectivity

In the top left corner of the display there is a connectivity indicator:
- Red: No WiFi connection
- Orange: WiFi connected but server not connected
- Green: Server connected, good to go!

#### Device is unresponsive

Power cycle using the button on the left:

- Double press: power off
- Single press: power on

#### Device is broken

Come to us and we'll replace it.
No worries, you will not lose your points - we can provision the new device with your previous ID.
