M5stack provides "m5burner" with a number of freely available firmwares to turn your m5stick s3 into a voice assistant, hacking tool, etc: [m5burner](https://docs.m5stack.com/en/uiflow/m5burner/intro)

It is also quite easy to build your own firmware, using whatever framework you like (arduino, ESP-IDF, MicroPython) etc.
